The grapes were gently pressed and the clarified musts fermented in stainless steel tanks with selected yeasts. After a short aging, these dry base wines were blended, refined with a dosage (Liqueur de Tirage, a mixture of yeast & sugar), bottled and sealed with a crown cap.Ageing:
