      Vintage Description:

      Dark ruby garnet, violet reflections, delicate rim brightening. Delicate dark berry fruit, inviting plum scent, a hint of tobacco, some chocolate.       Fermentation in stainless steel fermentation tank at 25°C. Maceration for 30 days with biological acid reduction.

      Ageing:

      In 30 hl barrels made of Austrian (Ybbstaler) and German (Pfälzer) oak.

      Abfüllung:

      Bottled in September three years after harvest.
