    Vintage Description:

    On the nose, intense fruit of strawberries and raspberries as well as blood orange zest, with a hint of cinchona bark on the finish.     Vinification:

    The selected grapes were crushed and macerated after several days of drying. Fermentation followed in stainless steel under controlled temperature. In January, the wine underwent a few days of refermentation on the pomace of freshly pressed Amarone (ripasso), gaining structure, alcohol, and roundness.
