Masottina was founded in 1946 out of the love and deep connection of the Dal Bianco family to their homeland. The approximately 300 hectares of the estate are cultivated using the finest agronomic techniques and extend across the hills of Conegliano, north of Treviso – the "Pearl of Veneto" and a city of art and wine – as well as near the Piave in Gorgo al Monticano. In the historic Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG region, Masottina expresses its greatest talent: a true vocation for sparkling wine production. Under the Ai Palazzi brand, the winery also produces elegant wines. In the hills of Conegliano, Masottina exclusively cultivates its own vineyards to produce a prestigious Colli di Conegliano DOCG wine: Ai Palazzi Montesco, a cuvée of international grape varieties aged in barriques. In addition to the vineyards in Ogliano, there are also vineyards near the Piave in Gorgo al Monticano. The Ai Palazzi vineyards also produce Pinot Grigio – an elegant expression of a rigorous and long-standing winemaking tradition.
