The vineyards are located within a radius of eight kilometres around the Winery, covering 35 hectares in three vineyards. The soils are mainly calciferous sedimentary rock with a high amount of sand. The annual average of precipitation is 400-450mm, which is the bottom line for vines. Against this backdrop, a main focus of our work is to improve the soil and build humus.
Our primary grapes are classic varietals, like Grüner Veltliner, Riesling, Zweigelt, and also Pinot Noir.
