The family estate of Roger Sabon was established in 1952.
Over multiple generations, the estate has expanded to cover a total area of 50 hectares, situated on both sides of the Rhône River. Within this, 18 hectares are dedicated to the esteemed Châteauneuf-du-Pape appellation, located on the left bank of the river and spread across 14 different plots.
On the right bank, the vineyard comprises 12 hectares in the Lirac appellation, along with 6 hectares of Côtes-du-Rhône and 14 hectares of Vin de France.
This diverse vineyard allows for the cultivation of a broad range of wines, offering the customers a wide selection with distinctive profiles. Within the same appellation, the winery owns plots with sometimes radically different geological profiles. This allows to produce wines with diverse oenological characteristics.
