A highly selective and targeted harvest ensures the ripest of grapes, while the process of ageing the wines – done partly in small wooden casks – guarantees that they can be stored for several years while maintaining their high quality.

Its protected, predominantly east-facing position on the right bank of the Danube provides balanced sunlight and ideal conditions for the slow, even ripening of Pinot Noir. Weathered limestone soils with layers of loess and clay contribute structure, finesse and mineral freshness.
